Sales persons are awesome. I told them about my old fossil watch and they repaired it for free... what a service... really delighted.

Employees are very helpful. However, the store had nothing I came in for (Watch bands and belts). They had 4 bands, only one fit my watch (a fossil watch) and it was rubber and white. Also they did not have the New Fossil Andriod watch, which i was considering buying. The employees gave me coupon code for the website, which was nice. Note the fossil style has gone very plain.
Its a good place to go and look for a bag or something slightly out of season. Don't recommend looking for something specific, they probably don't have it at the outlet. They do usually have a sale going on.
Good luck actually buying anything. I was left by an associate with two watches on my wrists sonshe could help other people. They were there first so I waited patiently but after 15 minutes I put the watches on the counter and left. There was a third employee in the back that decided to leave myself and other un-attend customers. I own 3 fossil watches but going to this store is something i'll avoid in the future.
